PACE Grants

PACE Teaching and Research grants support Salisbury University and PACE’s mission statements through innovative education pedagogies and the production and dissemination of scholarship related to public affairs, civic engagement, and citizenship education.

PACE Teaching Grants

PACE Teaching grants help to further the 成人抖阴and PACE mission statements through innovative civic engagement and education pedagogies. Successful completion of Civic Engagement Across the Curriculum (CEAC) seminar is a prerequisite to participate in this fellowship.

PACE teaching grants support faculty to::

  • Develop and implement innovative civic engagement and education pedagogies in their courses
  • Prepare a two-page report for public distribution, with focus on specific course goals and engagements
  • Share experience in on- or off-campus presentation (e.g., conference, department meeting)
  • Prepare a two-page reflective summary for PACE Steering Committee on civic engagement instruction, with focus on goals, outcomes, and role of PACE support

PACE teaching grants for one academic year, may be renewed following review by PACE Steering Committee.

PACE Teaching Grant Application

PACE Research Grants

PACE Research grants further the 成人抖阴and PACE mission statements through production and dissemination of scholarship related to public affairs, civic engagement, and citizenship education.

Expectations for PACE Research Grants include:

  • Use existing PACE data collection tools and protocols in exploration of research questions
  • Contribute to white paper repository hosted on PACE website
  • Disseminate findings in appropriate off-campus forums, including at least one regional/national conference or external publication
  • Prepare two-page summary of work completed during Fellowship
  • Submit feedback on data collection protocols

PACE Research grants one academic year, may be renewed following review by PACE Steering Committee.
