Research Interests
My research program is grounded in the cultural-developmental theory of emerging adulthood. Specifically, I explore the developmental regulation of culturally normative life choices and tasks during this period and its implications on well-being in later life in understudied populations. My current work explores emerging adulthood in South Asia and among individuals with visual impairment.
