Bio
Stephen grew up in the greater Pittsburgh area and attended Allegheny College in Meadville, PA, where he majored in chemistry and minored in English literature. After earning a Ph.D. in organic chemistry at the University of Pittsburgh, he moved to southern California where he completed postdoctoral research in organic chemistry at UC-Irvine and taught general chemistry and organic chemistry as a faculty member at Irvine Valley College. In 2008, Stephen began his career as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Chemistry at Salisbury University. Stephen is currently a Professor of Chemistry and enjoys working with undergraduate students in both the classroom and laboratory.
