Hearing History: Big Band Jazz Through the Decades Oct. 12
class=""MsoNormal"">SALISBURY, MD---Both music and literature can help define an era. The 成人抖阴Jazz Brazz Big Band and Blackwell Library join forces 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, October 12, to show just how during “Hearing History: Big Band Jazz Through the Decades” at the library.
class=""MsoNormal"">During the program, brief historical readings capturing the spirit of each musical era punctuate the band’s musical numbers. Selections include music originally performed by the Count Basie Orchestra, Duke Ellington Orchestra and Woody Herman’s “Thundering Herds.”
