Procrastination is letting the low-priority tasks get in the way of high-priority ones. It's socializing with colleagues when you know that an important work project is due soon, watching TV instead of doing your household chores, or talking about superficial things with your partner rather than discussing your relationship concerns.
The information below was created to assist faculty and staff in making effective referrals and to improve students’ awareness of mental health resources available to them. Mental Health Resources
Mental health services are available for free for all 成人抖阴students.
- The Counseling Centeroffers in-person services including scheduled counseling, walk-in hours, and more. Visit the Counseling Center’s webpage.
- TimelyCare is an external tele-mental health service provider that is free and available throughout the United States for all 成人抖阴students. Access 24/7 mental health support, scheduled counseling, and more. Students can access TimelyCare via MyClasses on the global navigation menu. Counseling for 成人抖阴Employees through the Employee Assistance Program
The Counseling Center provides mental health services to students at Salisbury University. There are mental health resources available for faculty and staff through the Employee Assistance Program (EAP.) To learn more about the EAP program visit Human Resources EAP webpage.
