Cashman Continues Brown Bag Lunch Discussion Series November 15

SALISBURY, MD---On March 17, 2003, President George Bush issued an ultimatum to Saddam Hussein. Two days later, the United States was at war with Iraq.

In the book An Introduction to the Causes of War: Patterns of Interstate Conflict from World War I to Iraq, released earlier this year, Drs. Greg Cashman and Leonard Robinson of Salisbury University’s Political Science Department examined the causes of war. They found that while all wars may have multiple factors, they typically combine in identifiable “dangerous patterns.”

Cashman speaks about these combinations in “Patterns in the Causes of War,” the next topic in SU’s Brown Bag Lunch Discussion Series from noon-1:30 p.m. Thursday, November 15, in the Social Room of Holloway Hall.

Sponsored by the Charles R. and Martha N. Fulton School of Liberal Arts, his talk is free and the public is invited. Soft drinks and light refreshments will be served. For more information call 410-543-6030 or visit the 成人抖阴Web site at www.salisbury.edu.
