Givens Appointed Treasurer of 成人抖阴Foundation
class=""MsoNormal"">SALISBURY, MD---Richard A. Givens II of Dover, DE, recently was elected to another three-year term as a member of the Board of Directors of the Salisbury University Foundation, Inc. In addition to board membership, he was elected to serve as its treasurer effective July 1.
class=""MsoNormal"">Givens has been a member of the Board since 2002, and continues as chair of the Foundation’s Public Radio Committee, which oversees stations WSCL and WSDL located on the 成人抖阴campus. Owned by the Foundation, these stations provide classical music and public affairs programming to some 35,000 listeners in Delaware and the Eastern Shore.
class=""MsoNormal"">"Rick has made great strides in the operation of WSCL and WSDL," said Kim Nechay, assistant director of the 成人抖阴Foundation and director of development in SU's Advancement Division. "We are excited about working with him as treasurer."

class=""MsoNormal"">Givens is a graduate of 成人抖阴with degrees in business and music. He was most recently senior fiscal administrative officer for the State of Delaware Treasurer's Office and formerly administrative officer in the office of the Delaware Insurance Commissioner. He serves on the boards of the Delaware Humanities Forum and the Delaware Chamber Music Festival, and is a member of the Finance Committee of the Smyrna Opera House. He is presently on the staff of Christ Episcopal Church in Dover as organist and choirmaster.
