Nabb Research Center Continues 'Old Somerset' Series Saturday, May 14

SALISBURY, MD---The Edward H. Nabb Research Center for Delmarva History and Culture at Salisbury University continues its “Families of Old Somerset” series with the panel discussion “The Bayside Settlement” 1 p.m. Saturday, May 14.
Led by local family historians, the event takes place at the center’s Reading Room in SU’s East Campus Complex, 190 Wayne St.
Discussion centers on the Manokin Hundred parcel within Somerset County’s original boundaries. That property today covers the coastal areas between Deal Island and Frenchtown, MD, with an eastern boundary near present-day Princess Anne, MD.
